Arka Dhyana Introductory Sessions
August - September 2025

The Centre for Conscious Awareness Brisbane successfully hosted its introductory series of Arka Dhyana Intuitive Meditation in August-September 2025. Developed by philosopher Srinivas Arka, this heart-centered, intuitive practice unifies body, mind, and spirit into an experience of undividedness, guiding participants on an enlightening journey into their inner realms through the harmonious integration of breath, sound, and touch.

The 3-part series, held at Acacia Ridge Hall, delved into the core philosophy and techniques, exploring 19 key touchpoints of the body to enhance conscious awareness and unlock innate potential. Each session followed a structured format:

  • Theory Explanation: An introduction to the foundational concepts, emphasising the philosophy of mind, body, and consciousness.

  • Practical Meditation: Hands-on guidance to experience the gentle flow of breath, resonant sound, and touch, fostering intuition and presence.

  • Light Refreshments: A relaxed wrap-up with fresh fruit and juice to nurture community connection and reflection.

Attendees discovered profound benefits firsthand, including effective stress management, heightened self-awareness, emotional and mental well-being, boosted energy, wisdom, and direction, as well as personal growth through a positive attitude and deeper understanding of one's purpose.

Leaving inspired and refreshed, participants embraced the practice's accessible approach to inner peace.

“Go touch the heart.
Draw the curtain of your eyes.
Inhale the beauty of Nature.
Exhale all that you want to unburden.
Celebrate the light of life.”

– Srinivas Arka
